US drops 2010 antitrust inquiry into seed industry, Monsanto

Seed strife: DOJ ends inquiry into licensing practices. The US Department of Justice’s (DOJ) antitrust division has closed an investigation into possible anticompetitive licensing practices in the seed industry without taking any enforcement action.
