White House Energy Czar Resigns4:53 PM MST | January 28, 2011 | Vincent Valk Carol Browner, top adviser to President Obama on climate change and energy issues, is planning to resign from her post, White House officials say. Browner served as climate and energy czar in the Obama White House, and was head of the EPA during the Clinton administration.
