U.S. Officials On Track to Meet State GHG Permit Requirements

Despite some high-profile state-level opposition to U.S. EPA’s greenhouse gas (GHG) regulations, the vast majority of states say they expect to be able to finalize GHG-related permitting programs by the January 2, 2011 deadline, says Bill Becker, executive director/National Association of Clean Air Agencies (NACAA).
