U.S. Lawmaker Files Motion to Reverse EPA Climate Regulations10:19 AM MST | December 22, 2009 | KARA SISSELL Senator Lisa Murkowski (R., AK) has proposed a resolution that would stop EPA from regulating greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions under its existing Clean Air Act authority. The resolution, if passed, would prevent EPA from going forward with its planned GHG rule slated to take effect March 31.
