U.K. Industry Tallies Cost of Climate Policies

The Energy-Intensive Users Group (EIUG; London) and Trade Union Congress (TUC; London) have published a report predicting that by 2020 total energy bills for energy intensive industries in the U.K., including some sub-sectors of the chemical industry, could be 141% higher than they are today.
