U.K. Announces Auction for 12 Million EU Emissions Trading Permits

The U.K. The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) has scheduled an auction between May and July of this year for the purchase of carbon emissions permits for the Europen Union (EU) Emissions Trading System (ETS).
