States Seek to Intervene in Industry Suit Challenging EPA Endangerment Finding

State regulators are seeking legal â€śstandingâ€ť to intervene in a lawsuit brought by industry groups challenging EPAâ€™s decision that certain greenhouse gases (GHGs) constitute an endangerment to public health.
