States Seek to Intervene in Industry Suit Challenging EPA Endangerment Finding

State regulators are seeking legal “standing” to intervene in a lawsuit brought by industry groups challenging EPA’s decision that certain greenhouse gases (GHGs) constitute an endangerment to public health.
