Senate Vote on Climate Resolution Pushed to June 7

Senator Lisa Murkowski (R., AK) has until the week of June 7 to put her resolution reversing the U.S. EPAâ€™s greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) endangerment finding to a floor vote. The finding, which held that GHG emissions are a threat to public health, triggered EPA rulemaking that would eventually require GHGs controls as part of compliance with the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments. Murkowskiâ€™s resolution would reverse EPAâ€™s finding that GHGs pose a danger to human health and the environment and would halt all related regulations. EPA released its final rule...
