Senate Vote on Climate Resolution Pushed to June 72:14 PM MDT | May 24, 2010 | Vincent Valk Senator Lisa Murkowski (R., AK) has until the week of June 7 to put her resolution reversing the U.S. EPA’s greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) endangerment finding to a floor vote. The finding, which held that GHG emissions are a threat to public health, triggered EPA rulemaking that would eventually require GHGs controls as part of compliance with the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments.
