Lawmaker Plans Alternate Climate Bill

Senator John Kerry (D., Mass.) says he is on track to introduce new climate legislation this year. Kerry is working with two other senators on a climate bill that includes a price on carbon. The group met with Obama administration officials early last week and is moving quickly to draft a bill, Kerry says.
