Industry Asks Senate to Suspend EPA GHG Regulations2:59 PM MST | November 8, 2010 | Vincent Valk A consortium of industry groups has asked key senators, including top Republicans and conservative Democrats, to halt EPA greenhouse gas (GHG) regulations. EPA rules for stationary sources, including chemical plants and manufacturing facilities, are scheduled to take effect on January 2, 2011. ACC, NPRA, Socma and NACD were among the 21 groups who signed a recent letter to senators seeking action on the issue.
