House Passes Budget Blocking EPA Climate Regulations11:05 AM MST | February 28, 2011 | Kara Sissell House lawmakers passed a budget bill that includes amendments blocking EPA from regulating greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and restricting the agency’s authority for mandating that gasoline blends contain specified amounts of renewable fuels such as ethanol.
