EPA Finalizes GHG Reporting Rule, Adds More Flexibility

EPA has issued the its final rule requiring firms to report greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, including some industry-supported changes. The rule, which establishes the first comprehensive U.S. GHG emissions reporting program, sets a 25,000 m.t./year reporting threshold for carbon dioxide equivalents (CO2e).
