EPA Delays GHG Requirements for Biomass Feestocks

U.S. EPA announced that it will delay until 2014 greenhouse gas (GHG) permitting requirements for industries that use biomass a feedstock. The agency is soliciting input from the scientific community, industry, and other stakeholders to determine how to treat biomass for Clean Air Act (CAA) permitting purposes.
