Cefic Reacts to Ministers' Call for 30% EU Emissions Cut

U.K.’s climate secretary Chris Huhne, Germany’s federal environment minister Norbert Röttgen, and France’s environment minister Jean-Louis Borloo in an open letter, have called on the European Union (EU) to raise its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction target to 30% by 2020, up from its current position of a 20% cut.
