Appeals Court Backs EPA on Four Key Climate Rules2:16 PM MDT | July 2, 2012 | Kara Sissell The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has upheld four EPA greenhouse gas rules, including its finding under the Clean Air Act that GHGs endanger the public health. The endangerment finding was the first step necessary for EPA to begin regulating GHGs using its existing Clean Air Act authority.
