BIO says QAP proposal would result in burdensome costs for biofuel producers

Industry trade group Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO; Washington) today asked EPA to consider changes to the proposed Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) Renewable Identification Number (RIN) Quality Assurance Program (QAP) proposal.
