US appeals court rejects industry petition for rehearing in key GHG cases

The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has rejected industry’s request for a full court rehearing of four landmark greenhouse gas (GHG) legal cases dealing with EPA’s authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions using its existing Clean Air Act (CAA) authority.
