U.S. Looks to Undermine Bali Climate Agreement

Ministers of almost 200 leading nations meeting at Bali, Indonesia in the past few days agreed to undertake unspecified but “deep cuts in global emissions” from 2012 to curb global warming. Further plans were also agreed to tackle deforestation through incentives for poor countries, and assistance to poor countries through technology transfers from industrialized nations.
