U.S. Industry Groups Urge Senate to Rework TSCA Reform Bill

Industry groups are urging the U.S. Senate to take another stab at drafting legislation to overhaul the 1976 Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), saying the bill recently passed by the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee does not advance effective reform of TSCA and would not win bipartisan approval.
