Sumitomo Sues Syngenta

Sumitomo Chemical says it has filed complaints against Syngenta for allegedly violating Sumitomo’s invention patent for the insecticide clothianidin. The company filed the complaints with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC; Washington) and the U.S. District Court for Western Wisconsin.
