EnviroTech :: Regulatory Some Chemical Firms to Gain from Global Warming11:10 AM MDT | July 27, 2007 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff Certain leading manufacturers of chemicals are likely to benefit from the effects of global warming, according to a recent report, Climatic Consequences: An Update, by Citigroup. The report names 12 firms that will benefit in particular. They are Allegheny Technologies (Pittsburgh), DSM, DuPont, Ence (Madrid), Makhteshim Agan Industries (Beer Sheva, Israel), Monsanto, Potash Corp., Rhodia, Syngenta, Terra Industries, and Umicore (Brussels).
