Pesticide Producers Tussle

British advocate general Eleanor Sharpston has made a formal recommendation to the European Court of Justice that pesticide manufacturer AgriChem (Oosterhout, the Netherlands) should be allowed to continue marketing its pesticide ethofumesate without having to re-submit a full data set relating to the substance.
