Pemex awarded all of the proven and possible reserves it requested in Mexico's energy reform

Sener, Mexico's ministry of energy; and the National Hydrocarbons Commission (Mexico City) have assigned to Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) the rights to 83% of the country's probable and proven (2P) oil and gas reserves, Sener announced. These represent the entirety of the 2P reserves that Pemex had requested during "round zero" of the country's  energy reform, Sener says. These reserves require infrastructure investment.
