Monsanto’s Sales Tactics Challenged

The American Corn Growers Association (ACGA; Washington) has filed a lawsuit in federal court seeking to prevent Monsanto from requiring the farm supply firms that purchase Monsanto seeds to buy Monsanto brand glyphosate as well.
