Monsanto Challenges DuPont’s Use of Trait

Monsanto and DuPont’s Pioneer Hi-Bred subsidiary are in dispute resolution proceedings related to DuPont’s intended use of Monsanto’s first-generation Roundup Ready technology in its soybeans, according to a recent Monsanto SEC filing. DuPont’s Roundup Ready license permits it to use the trait in corn only, Monsanto says.
