Mitsubishi Corp. is leading a consortium of investors to build a two-phase methanol-to-petrochemicals complex at La Brea, Trinidad, the Trinidad & Tobago Guardian reports, citing Kevin Ramnarine, the country’s energy minister. The consortium includes Mitsubishi Gas Chemical, Neal and Massy Holdings (Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago), and US-based Integrated Chemicals Co.
