Lautenberg: Reform should be at top the agenda. Senator Frank Lautenberg (D., NJ) joined with health advocacy groups recently in an effort to persuade fellow senators to pass Lautenberg’s Safe Chemicals Act, which would overhaul the 1976 Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
