Indonesia files complaint with WTO against EU biodiesel antidumping measures

Indonesia has filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization (WTO; Geneva) against antidumping measures that the European Union imposed last year on imports of biodiesel from Indonesia, as well as Argentina, WTO announced today. Indonesia claims that the measures are inconsistent with the European Union's obligations under WTO's antidumping agreement. Argentina has, in a separate case, challenged one of the provisions also challenged by Indonesia, as well as the same antidumping measures imposed by the European Union on imports of biodiesel.
