Huntsman-Rockwood TiO2 deal clears US antitrust barrier

Huntsman’s $1.33-billion acquisition of Rockwood’s titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigments business has cleared the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) waiting period under US antitrust law. The antitrust review for the deal in the US is “now complete,” Huntsman says.
