House to Vote on Bill Regarding New Jobs

House lawmakers plan to vote this week on the Red Tape Reduction and Small Business Jobs Creation Act that would suspend significant new regulations until the U.S. employment rate is below 6%, from about 8.2%. The bill would also prevent a lame-duck president from imposing any new regulations between the election and the inauguration of the president-elect.
