EU Commission Raids Ineos, Hydro

Norsk Hydro and Ineos have separately confirmed that they have been visited by representatives of the European Commission as part of an investigation into Ineos’s proposed acquisition of Norsk Hydro’s petrochemicals business. Hydro says commission inspectors visited the company’s Newton Aycliffe, U.K. site "to collect information related to the acquisition."
