EPA Settles With Three Firms for TSCA Reporting Violations

The U.S. EPA has announced proposed settlement agreements for a total of more than $362,113 involving Bethlehem Apparatus Company, Chemtura and Haldoe Topsoe for alleged violations of federal reporting and recordkeeping requirements under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
