ECHA's board of appeal upholds decision against Dow

The board of appeal of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) has upheld an ECHA decision rejecting a read-across approach proposed by Dow Benelux and, consequently, requesting information on prenatal developmental toxicity, ECHA says.
