ECHA finishes completeness checks on 2013 Reach dossiers

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) says that it performed completeness checks on all 2013 substance dossiers by 31 August, the deadline set by the European Union's Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach) regulations. The aim of the completeness checks is to ensure that all required elements have been included in the registration dossiers.
