EC Opens Investigation into Ineos-Norsk Hydro Deal

The European Commission (EC) says it has opened an in depth investigation into Ineos’s planned acquisition of Norsk Hydro’s integrated polyvinyl chloride (PVC) business (CW, May 30/June 6, p. 15).
