EnviroTech :: Regulatory DuPont Prevails in Kevlar Antitrust Claim12:56 PM MDT | April 9, 2012 | Vincent Valk A U.S. federal judge has sided with DuPont in a Kevlar antitrust case brought by Kolon Industries, in which Kolon accused DuPont of attempting to build a monopoly in the aramid fibers market. The case is a counter-claim to DuPont’s trade secrets case against Kolon, in which a federal jury awarded DuPont $920 million in compensatory damages in September 2011 for theft of Kevlar-related confidential information.
