Compass Minerals Agrees to Expand Port of Goderich in Canada

Compass Minerals, through its Sifto Canada Corp. subsidiary, announced it is expanding the Port of Goderich at Goderich, ON, Canada. The company has entered into an agreement with the town of Goderich, ON and the Goderich Port Management Corp. to create new land at the port, providing space for additional port traffic and additional storage options. “We believe this joint project will bring new cargoes, jobs and opportunities to the community while providing Sifto with additional site flexibility, particularly during the winter months,” says Rowland...
