Chloroprene Cartel Alleged

The European Commission says it has sent a “statement of objections” to “alleged participants in a cartel for chloroprene rubber” in the European Union (EU) market. The commission did not disclose which companies received the statement. Companies “have about two months to defend themselves in writing,” the commission says.
