China Reviews ECH Antidumping Measures

The Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom; Beijing) says it has commenced its final review of antidumping measures on epichlorohydrin (ECH) imported from Japan, Korea, Russia and the U.S. China imposed antidumping duties of up to 71.5% on ECH from the four countries for five years starting June 28, 2006. The final review has been launched in response to applications from Chinese ECH manufacturers.
