This Week on CW:   Linde has acquired Lincare Holdings, a U.S. based homecare health company, for $4.6 billion, or $41.50/share. Lincare had $1.84 billion in revenue during 2011.   Eastman has closed on its $4.8 billion acquisition of Solutia, which was announced in January.   Arkema has exited the PVC business, selling its business in that area to private equity firm Klesch Group, which will form a new company called Kem One.   BASF is planning to build a butadiene plant at Antwerp with a capacity of 155,000 m.t./year.   Around the Web...
