EnviroTech :: Regulatory California to list BPA as developmental toxicant under Prop 6510:58 AM MST | January 28, 2013 | Kara Sissell Regulators in California have published a notice of intent to list bisphenol A (BPA) as a developmental toxicant under the state’s Proposition 65 (Prop 65) law. California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) proposed the listing as part of the state law that requires labeling of products deemed to be carcinogenic or harmful to reproductive health.
