California Files Suit Against Mislabeled Personal Care Products

California’s attorney general has filed a lawsuit against four personal care manufacturers, alleging that the companies have failed to give “clear and reasonable warning” of the presence of 1,4-dioxane in certain body washes, gels, and liquid dish soaps.
