BP Settles Four Civil Suits in Texas City Case

BP has agreed to settle with four plaintiffs who had brought civil suits against the company for injuries related to the March 2005 explosion at its Texas City, TX plant, news reports say. The settlements cut short a trial that was in its 11th day. The amount of the settlements was not disclosed.
