European Investment Bank to finance R&D for low-carbon technologies

The European Investment Bank (EIB; Luxembourg) has agreed to lend £100 million ($160.3 million) to Johnson Matthey, to finance the company's specialist research into emission control, process, and low-carbon technologies.
