Shin-Etsu and University of Tokyo Form Chemistry Research Collaboration

Shin-Etsu Chemical says it has agreed to carry out a joint research project with the University of Tokyo, on knowledge structuring of general chemistry. The collaborative research project, which will start from April 2009, aims to promote the development and integration of new science and engineering fields with a basis in chemistry such as nanophotonics, micro and nanochemistry, nanobiotechnology and nanoimprint lithography.
