R&H and Syngenta Firm Up Crop Alliance

Rohm and Haas (R&H) and Syngenta have finalized an agreement to jointly develop and commercialize R&H’s Invinsa crop protection technology, currently under development by R&H’s AgroFresh unit. The companies signed a letter of intent for the partnership in January (CW, Jan. 21, p. 10). Each company has agreed to contribute R&D resources, and Syngenta will handle global product marketing, according to terms of the deal.
