Lonza to Co-Develop Novartis Biologics Pipeline

Lonza says it has entered into a long-term partnership with Novartis to jointly develop and manufacture Novartis’s biologics pipeline. Under the deal, Lonza will provide services from its R&D center at Slough, U.K. using its GS Gene Expression System as well as its large-scale manufacturing capacity from operations in Singapore, Spain, and the U.S. Kutzer: A change in approach.
