Henkel signs antimicrobial packaging alliance

Henkel has signed an alliance with CMS Technology (Danbury, CT), a packaging technology developer, to create food-safe antimicrobial additives for packaging, the company says. CMS owns microbial-resistant technology for paper and plastic packaging, Henkel adds. Financial terms of the alliance have not been disclosed.
