ENI to invest at Versalis's Mantova complex in Italy

ENI (Rome), parent company of Versalis (Milan), says it will spend €125 million ($172.1 million) at Versalis’s Mantova, Italy, plant under the group’s 2014–17 strategic plan. The planned investment will be used to optimize the plant’s industrial processes and produce further energy savings. Funds will also be used to expand the group’s R&D into innovative products and technologies.
