Dow Grows Fluids Business in Asia

Dow Chemical says its performance fluids business is making “significant” investments in Asia/Pacific. Investments include opening new R&D facilities in China and India later this year as well as adding production of “several new water-soluble fluids” at Optimal (Kuala Lumpur), its joint venture with Petronas and Malaysia’s National Petroleum Corp.
